This pandemic has affected all of us in many ways, but it's majorly affected the workout industry. For today's episode I interview one of LA's favorite spinning instructors Nichelle Hines of Cycle House to tell us how she's been adjusting to the home workout life--both professionally and personally. As a full-time, lawyer Sharona (like many others) has had to quickly shift her work routine from being in an office to working from home.
