When you start your business you will say yes to any client and every sale you can. you will go above and beyond and do everything; sometimes to the detriment to you and your business.As you gain more experience, you begin to see and understand the value of your business. You begin to understand what happens when you say yes to a non-ideal client. You will see one thing for sure: the customer is not always right. When can you say thank you but no thank you? The business you were running 5 years ago is not the business you are running today.
