And I find this is extremely important because for so many of us, we have daily routines that we follow all the time. But there's so many times where we fall off those daily routines for one day. And one day turns into two days, which turns into a week or a month. It's okay to fall down. You need to get back up and start following those daily routines again

Take responsibility for your life, for your actions, for something that you let happen, or something you've done yourself. Taking responsibility is step number one. The person down the street, they can't live my life for me. Whatever position I'm in right now. I take full responsibility for that.
