For many women, becoming a mother begins the search and desire for a more meaningful, purposeful, and successful life. But with that desire comes a feeling of not knowing WHAT you want or HOW to get the life you want, all while facing the challenges of raising young children and a demanding career.
Using my own experience as a test case, I will share in real-time my path to finding a deeper purpose while balancing motherhood and career. Be prepared for honest insights and a healthy dose of skepticism as I take on uncomfortable exercises, new challenges, and (hopefully) discover a more bold, confident, and successful ME.

8 MAR 2021 · In today’s episode, I’ll share why I took a much-deserved break from podcasting and really all things outside of maintaining my day-to-day existence. The past few months have allowed me to heal, reset, and reflect after a year that tested my boundaries. As I start shifting back to my natural mode of taking action, I thought it was important to bring you back and share key moments from the past few months.
7 SEP 2020 · In today’s episode, I’ll share how a message from one of my friends let me down a Twitter rabbit hole that eventually led me to the stunning realization that I could choose not to care anymore. I’ll talk about how this aha moment to stop letting other people’s opinions control my emotions led to so much needed mental freedom over the past couple weeks.
23 AUG 2020 · In today’s episode, I’ll share how I am carving out my own space to adjust to the new normal in the current environment of the pandemic, social justice, and parenting 24/7. Instead of being filled with anxiety about what the future holds and trying to balance too many things at once, I took this month to reset and focus on the question : what do YOU want Victoria?
12 JUL 2020 · In today’s episode, I’ll share how a piece of feedback unintentionally spread into other facets of my life and allowed me to not only find my voice but also finally say no to a request that I would usually find a way to work on. Parenting during Covid-19 is taking on a life of it’s own but this was a breakthrough week where I learned the importance of once again managing life and work on my terms.
3 JUL 2020 · In today’s episode, I’ll share how my journey to find a picture led to a rediscovery of the past and reflection of just how far I’ve come.
25 JUN 2020 · In today’s episode, I’ll share the difference that a couple of weeks can make. My last recording was mentally and emotionally draining and after I said my peace, I decided to get lost in the world of Storytelling and further immersing myself in an online workshop that ended up being my saving grace. The opportunity to connect with people from all over the world gave me the time and space I needed to heal while also strengthening a skill that is very much needed in life: the ability to communicate and connect using stories.
11 JUN 2020 · In today’s episode, I’ll share what Black Lives Matter means to me and explore my own struggles coming to terms with recent events. This is an emotional and tough topic for me to talk about but I am only hurting myself by not sharing and reflecting upon my own experiences.
28 MAY 2020 · In today’s episode, I’m going to talk about how I couldn’t stop thinking about a passage in the book Working Identity by Herminia Ibarra. It forced me to think about how we are all guilty of holding ourselves back and how if you are trying to make a career transition or reinvent your career, you may be self-sabotaging the outcome. I’ll reflect on my experiences and see where it goes from there so let’s get started.
21 MAY 2020 · In today’s episode, I’m going to share how my daughter forced me to face my biggest weakness and how this past week has been a struggle for me. While I don’t have a well thought out conclusion or a big lesson that I’ve learned, I do know that it’s important to step back and acknowledge that I survived the day, and that is a win itself.
14 MAY 2020 · In today’s episode, I’m going to share one of the many insights from Seth Godin’s book that has made me reflect on major turning points in my career. I’ll talk about how I felt invisible at work and how a jolting moment was the tipping point to get me to move on. I’ll also share how looking back, I realize that my perspective and behavior may not have been as helpful.
