8 MAR 2021 · My career path turned out ok. You could say that luck played its part and the rest down to good choices. Thinking back if there was anything that I would have wished for someone to talk to me about, it would have been on why it’s important to take a career pathway in a job - don’t wait until it’s too late (old). When we’re young - “I’ve got time”. When we’re old - “I wish I had more time”. ✌🏽

7 MAR 2021 · My first week of giving up on smoking 🚬. An insight for those that have never gone through withdrawals. Also I can’t remember what it was like the first time I gave up, so I thought why not record the journey thus far.

15 FEB 2021 · Been a minute on the poddy. COVID taught me something about myself that I didn’t know. Being self aware of how you’re feeling, mentally and emotionally is so important. We all need to take time out to breathe. Taking time out to enjoy life is so important ✌🏽
