During the podcast, Cesar Espino gave me all the space and respect to share my important message with the world. He created a perfect foundation to feel safe and speak up. According to many people listening to the podcast, Cesar is doing a great job by asking important questions to get the golden nuggets from me. I am grateful for his approach. This podcast contains a lot of valuable nuggets for people to overcome their worst experiences. The tips and values provided can be used for any kind of trauma. Working on your trauma helps every one to get the love life, success, and happiness they are looking for. One of the main things to get healed from trauma is to speak up and share your story. Not only for your healing but also to help others recognize their trauma and the signs of it. And making abuse and violence public helps to prevent more.
