No matter how old you are, what you do in life or who you hang around with, words matter. Words can build you up or tear you down. They can humiliate and they can humble. Words matter in every situation. Whether you say things out loud or have them running through your head, you can make the choice to take the positive or negative path ahead of you. Women have their own language that includes disqualifiers. We need to get rid of some of these small words because words matter.
