Protein Pomegranate Hemp Pancakes
I used this recipe: http://www.healthnutnutrition.ca/2016/01/22/the-best-gluten-free-fluffy-pancakes-ever/
*added in 2 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts & 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds.

For the topping I cut up some Spanish persimmon and sautéed with ghee and cinnamon on the stove top for 3-5 min until slightly softened and golden.
