The RailCats swept the Sioux City Explorers to help boost them to winning 3 consecutive series wins. They would blow out the Kansas City Monarchs in game one 11-3, to tie the season high for a 4 game winning streak. The RailCats would lose the next two games 17-3 and 5-2.
