IDK about you, but while October felt like a grand old time, November's felt a little... sad? Hey, Sad Girl Autumn.

Daylight Savings & generally this time of year can feel heavy. It's important to give yourself some grace, know that it's okay to be sad (really!), and to practice whatever types of grounding/self-care techniques that help you cope (I share some of my own here too).
