Men have this drive and spirit to be more, to explore and expand. We cannot call this toxic them expect men to be better. It's time we say the hell with cultures expectations and start expecting more from ourselves.
The rise of a better man starts with competing against weakness and choosing to be strong and more capable. It's a process of removing limitations, weakness and all other obstacles. We decides to self-improve because it's the meaning of our life.
