No, you won't get big and bulky and manly. You'll get toned, nice arms, a juicy booty, and a flatter stomach.

No, cardio isn't the best way to lose weight. Lifting weights with a focus on getting stronger is your best option.

No, HIIT workouts, cardio, light weights, boot camps, and classes are not the best way to get the body you dream of. Lifting heavy weights and getting stronger will get you there much faster and with less effort.
