What colors/ decorations represent this?
Where do you feel most relaxed at home? What room or corner? What's different there? Is it cleaned or cluttered?
Are you a collector? Hoarder of sorts? If not, ignore. If so, what can you let go of?
Who are you letting in? Friends? Collogues? Neighbors?
Do you want that person or people in your life at the same capacity as they are now?
What information are you consuming? Online? Music? Conversation?
What purpose does it serve? Is it just noise and distraction?
How can you cultivate compassion?
Take a moment to sing, dance and journal.
