The Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari wants to support you in managing instability. Perhaps there was a time where you had difficulty maintaining control over your life. By learning how to maneuver stress and anxiety, you can regain order and live full out.

Listen in to our first caller Rutu, who is having difficulty getting along with her roommates and wants to feel comfortable in her own apartment again. Nancy advises Rutu to avoid giving her roommates the power to upset her. Rutu can minimize confrontation by organizing herself so that she is around them as little as possible. She can manage conflict by communicating her thoughts to them and asking them to reiterate her words.

Our second caller is Ray, who is suffering from acid reflux and is having trouble reducing the symptoms. Nancy instructs Ray to take naps throughout the day and use that time to center himself. Ray can anticipate the occurrence of acid reflux. He can avoid becoming frustrated with the symptoms by preventing it from taking power over him.

Our inspirational guest is Casey Berna, who has been diagnosed with endometriosis, which causes infertility and severe pain during her menstrual cycle. By getting support from her community and connecting with other patients, Casey was able to courageously persevere through each treatment and surgery. She remained hopeful and empowered by finding different resources. Casey harnesses her experiences with endometriosis to educate others and assist women who are living with the same condition.

Nancy tells you to commit to doing something that will reduce stress in your life. You can eliminate negative self-talk and instead fill your vocabulary with optimistic words. You can reach out to someone who is experiencing a tough time and motivate them to move forward. When unfortunate events occur in life, you can use them as an opportunity to better yourself.

Maybe you have felt unable to handle instability. Take the time out of each day to ground yourself. By finding the calm amidst the unexpectedness of life, you can gain peace of mind and live full out.
