August 25th, 2023... Sandusky Michigan. Police are called to Hope Thrift Store where a 19 year old Andrew Jewell allegedly attempted to force an 8 year girl into the bathroom. Jewell, was doing community service work at the thrift store at the time.
On May 1st 2024, Jewell pleaded guilty to the felony count of kidnapping–child enticement, with his plea deal preventing him from receiving the usual sentence of LIFE in prison for the crime, he is facing a maximum of 15 years in prison.Jewell scheduled for sentencing on Wednesday, June 12, at 1:30 p.m.In the Saginaw case from 2022, Jewell pleaded no contest for assault and battery charges for following a 10 year old girl into a bathroom at the local theater.
He was sentenced to 180 days in jail and 2 years of probation... That was the "fight" he said he was in trouble for to the officer...
