Everyone is talking about self care. What should we do to take care of ourselves and put ourselves first. But what is self-love? The Bible tells us to love our enemies and neighbors as we love ourself. If I don't understand how to love myself, then how can I love others? In this episode I get a better understanding of self love. I also describe the difference between self love and self care. Hopefully when you are done listening you will be able to look in the mirror, realize how beautiful you are, and love yourself a little more today.
