Vanita K. Gupta has a PhD in Molecular Biology, an MBA in pharmaceutical marketing, three years of post-doctoral training in oncology, eight peer-reviewed publications, and over a decade of experience as a Medical Director leading scientific strategy in science communications for high-profile institutions.

Vanita K. Gupta took the biggest gamble of her life in 2019. She left a successful corporate position to pursue her life's passions: food as medicine and novel approaches to health and wellness.

Vanita combines science and deep spiritual knowledge and shares with Aeron Lazar, Riya Loveguard and the listeners how to activate our bodies' inherent wisdom to reduce stress and anxiety, improve eating choices, and love the body we live in.
