Pl: Katarzyna i Paweł byli właśnie w Krakowie. To miasto pulsowało życiem jak żadne z tych, które odwiedzili. Długa podróż i liczne spotkania sprawiły, że byli wyczerpani. A jednak, gdy spacerowali względem Wawelem, nie mogli przecież zignorować atmosfery miasta i wesołego gwaru dobiegającego ze znajdujących się obok barów.
En: Katarzyna and Paweł were just in Krakow. The city was buzzing with life like none of the others they had visited. The long journey and numerous meetings had left them exhausted. Yet, as they strolled towards Wawel, they couldn't ignore the city's atmosphere and the cheerful noise coming from the nearby bars.

Pl: Na rogu jednej z uliczek dostrzegli niepozorny bar. Na szybie widniała neonowa lampka z napisem "Otwarci". Postanowili wejść.

Pl: Wewnątrz panowało jarmarkowe napięcie. Szlachetne trunki bzykały na półkach a stoły były obsypane przez talerze z lokalnym przysmakiem, zapachnionym szczyptą orientu, jakby to było menu dnia. Ta sceneria utworzyła dobitne tło dla spotkania, które miało się zaraz wydarzyć.
En: Inside, there was a festive atmosphere. Fine spirits buzzed on the shelves and the tables were scattered with plates of local delicacies, scented with a hint of the Orient, as if it were the menu of the day. This scene set a vivid background for the meeting that was about to take place.

Pl: Ich znajomy z zagranic, Phillip, nie znał jeszcze polskiego stylu obsługi. Teraz siedział z nimi przy tym niewielkim stoliku, a mina jego wyrażała czyste zdumienie.

"Polega ona na tym, że jak tylko stoisz przy barze, jesteś zauważany. Kelner od razu pyta o zamówienie, a potem wraca do innych klientów. To przyśpiesza cały proces."
En: Pawel looked at Kasia, who nodded and began to explain: "What we call 'fast service' here is not the same as in your country," Kasia started. "It means that as soon as you stand at the bar, you are noticed. The waiter immediately asks for your order, and then moves on to other customers. This speeds up the whole process."

Pl: Phillip wyglądał na zaskoczonego. "Czyli... co powinienem zrobić teraz?"

Pl: Pawel się uśmiechnął. "Właściwie to już jesteś obsługiwany. Kelner zanotował, że jesteś nowy, i na pewno niedługo podejdzie."

Pl: I faktycznie, chwilę później do ich stolika przyszedł kelner i z uśmiechem zapytał: "Co podać panu?" Phillip, mimowolnie podążając za radami Kasi, szybko złożył zamówienie.
En: And indeed, a moment later the waiter came to their table and with a smile asked, "What can I get you, sir?" Following Kasia's advice, Phillip quickly placed his order.
