In this podcast I provide a concise outline on mental health and the stress response of the human body and mind (fight or flight). The fight or flight system is a great survival mechanism but in this day and age it can be more of a hinderance than a help.

Understanding stress and mental health is the first step in a long process. Being able to shift your perspective to a place where you can manage stress and mental health safely and effectively is the goal we should all be striving for (alongside our other goals).

In this ep I outline my top 5 'hacks' for countering stress and immediately improving your mood and way of thinking. These are scalable and work for everyone. No matter what headspace you're in or what stage of your journey you may be at, these 5 tools act as a reset button, allowing you to get away from that busy analytical thinking that causes many of our day to day stressors.
