There is a voice that follows us into the quiet. Sometimes it sounds like fear. Sometimes guilt, shame, anger, doubt, or the words of someone who hurt us long ago. And sometimes after hearing for long enough, we stop questioning where it came from and start beliieving it is who we are.

In this episode of QEA, Cliff talks about the voice, the thoughts, the negative reinforcement from the internal conversations we have that can shape how we see ourselves, our pas,t and the world around us. The voice that tells us we are ruining everything and are ruined, therefore we are what we have done, what we believe ourselves to be, but its a lie, its the self imposed prison we become stuck in.

The one at first we try to silence, the one we try to fight, then eventually give into.

Today is the beginning of understanding it, acknowledging it. So today we just want you to hear yourself and begin to understand where you are in this, so that you can rise and start to question it. But before we can understand what the voice is telling us, we have to acknowledge it and question if the voice that imprisoned us.... if that voice is truly our own?
