Why would anyone need to hear about the soft skills of leadership unless they were women? That's the question I get all the time. The truth is the hard skills are more technical. You can learn them and acquire them. Soft skills are those skills that may determine your level of success. Whether or not you are successful in your career may depend on how you relate to other people and to work...those are those so-called soft skills of leadership. Many times we do need a combination of the two.
