The subconscious can only learn through repetition. If you go through lots of negative repeated experiences you will have negative beliefs, if you go through lots of positive repeated experiences, you will have positive beliefs (and more than likely a positive self image and increased confidence).

It's as simple as that.

But as i've said before on here, life is a series of problems. We cant just wait for life to throw up positive experiences for us on a regular basis, we need to go out there and make these positive experiences for ourselves.

Everything in life comes down to how we see it.

We change our perspective. We look to always find a positive experience in every outcome.

Our perspective determines the outcomes we get in any given situation. No matter what occurs, it's how we view it that makes the difference between positive and negative.
