For years there has been conversations being had on the internet and elsewhere about the identity of the Long Island Serial killer. Then in July of 2023, there was a break in the case and the arrest of Rex Heuermann happened. Even after his arrest some people were convinced that John Bittorolff, another deranged serial killer, was responsible for at least some of the murders. According to the DA of Suffolk county, that is not the case and they have ruled Bittorolff out when it comes to Gilgo Beach.
In our second article we get an update from Delphi about a new court date that has been set by the Indiana supreme court. They will be making a ruling on Richard Allen's request to reinstate his former lawyers back to their previous posts and they will also make a ruling on Judge Gull and if she will remain as the judge overseeing the proceedings.
