Visions versus dreams.  In our everyday world we are gifted with opportunities.  We always face new challenges.  How we accept them is based on the triggers that shape our moods and recovery.  Most people want top shelf positions at their place of business without realizing the expectations that come with it.  They have the vision but is it the dream?
