Suicide remains a deeply concerning issue in the construction industry. In an environment characterized by relentless performance demands and tight deadlines, reaching out to your colleagues and admitting you’re struggling can be challenging.
In this week’s pause for a cause episode, I’ve invited no other than Sasha Reed, Senior Director of Industry Transformation at Procore.
With a combined 20 years of experience in construction and technology, Sasha Reed is known industry-wide as a “conversation facilitator.”
