The Platinum Rule says to treat others the way they want to be treated, rather than the Golden Rule which says to treat others the way you want be treated. This simple yet profound mindset shift is a core component of her training and leadership development services.
Communication through genuine connection is one of the foundations of growing high performance teams. Connection lets others know they matter, allow individuals to work in their strengths, and augment holes with other team members who have the strengths needed.
