Joe gives an interesting theory as to why Oregon and Washington are just now in DEEP negotiations to leave the PAC-however-many-there-are-left for the Big Ten. There could be some truth to it! Multiple schools are now calling the Big XII seeking entry into their conference, however, they are unable to add these schools at this moment because Oregon and Washington being in cahoots with the Big Ten caught them off-guard... somehow.
