show moreMost people live as if they are their anxiety, their past, or the stories their mind tells them. In this session, I show how to step back and discover the stable perspective from which you can notice your experiences without being defined by them. Using powerful ACT metaphors like The Chessboard and The Sky and Weather, you’ll learn how to move from being caught in the struggle to becoming the space that holds it.
