In this thrilling episode, Tom Swift is approached by Mr. Preston, the owner of a circus, who recounts the mysterious tale of Jake Poddington, his most talented hunter. Jake vanished shortly after sending word that he was tracking a tribe of giants in the wilds of South Africa. With no updates since, Preston turns to Tom for help, requesting the use of one of his airships to search for Jake and, if possible, capture a giant for the circus. Listeners should be aware that some elements and characters in the Tom Swift series reflect outdated and potentially offensive stereotypes. While we acknowledge the racial insensitivity present, we strive to remain true to the authors original narrative intent. (Introduction by Wikipedia and Tom Weiss)
