Trail running is very popular these days and Ultra trail running and challenging oneself is even more popular. When Tim McDonough contacted us and wanted to set up a podcast episode or as I like to call it these days " Podclass", I knew this was going to be a good one. We learn a lot from these six gentlemen; in part 2 we pick up where we left off. We learn more about what makes Ultra trail running such an unforgettable experience. Everyone has different reasons for doing these but the satisfaction of finishing is simply the best. So much information packed into this episode we believe you will love listening to and may even want to try your first trail run or race.
