Horrortober VI: Down Under comes to a close with a film that's part slasher, part mad scientist romp, and all horror: Strange Behavior, also known as Dead Kids. Directed by Michael Laughlin from a script he co-wrote with Bill Condon, it stars Dan Shor and Michael Murphy as a son and his police-chief father trying to work out why young people in their small Illinois town keep turning up dead, murdered by an unknown assailant who may be tied to a mad scientist. At times a mashup, at times a sendup, it's a unique joint venture between New Zealand, Australia, and the States, and Dan Shor himself joins the conversation.
Scary Stories We Tell's Jess Byard and Strange Behavior star Dan Shor join Chris Stachiw, the Doctor of Podcasting, to talk Strange Behavior, genre mashups, the horror community in 2020, and so much more.
