Stardust City Rag is a tonally unbalanced episode that tries to offset an overly dark atmosphere with heist like comedy. The episode is mostly saved by the acting of Patrick Stewart and a returning Jeri Ryan and comes with a surprising twist in the form of a brutal betrayal.
