Hr: Bio jednom jedan dječak imenom Luka koji je obilazio čarobni grad Dubrovnik.
En: Once upon a time, there was a boy named Luka who used to explore the magical city of Dubrovnik.

Hr: Sunce se igralo na krovovima starih zgrada, a zrak je mirisao na more i avanturu.
En: The sun danced on the rooftops of old buildings, and the air smelled of sea and adventure.

Hr: Luka je volio šetati uskim uličicama Starog grada, slušati šaptanje kamena i upijati priče iz prošlosti.
En: Luka loved walking through the narrow streets of the Old Town, listening to the whispers of the stones and soaking up the stories from the past.

Hr: Tog je vrućeg ljetnog dana Luka odlučio počastiti se osvježavajućim sladoledom.
En: On that hot summer day, Luka decided to treat himself to a refreshing ice cream.

Hr: Došao je pred malu slastičarnicu ispunjenu najrazličitijim okusima.
En: He arrived at a small ice cream parlor filled with various flavors.

Hr: Njegove oči zasjale su kad je ugledao svoj omiljeni - čokoladni sladoled.
En: His eyes lit up when he saw his favorite - chocolate ice cream.

Hr: Istog trenutka i djevojčica imenom Ana došla je po svoj sladoled.
En: At that moment, a girl named Ana also came for her ice cream.

Hr: Ana nije bila poput Luke, ona je voljela isprobavati nove i čudne okuse, pa je ovaj put odabrala - jalapeño!
En: Ana was unlike Luka; she liked to try new and unusual flavors, so this time she chose - jalapeño!

Hr: Dok je Luka nestrpljivo čekao svoj red, sve misli su mu bile samo na sladoledu.
En: As Luka impatiently waited in line, all his thoughts were solely on the ice cream.

Hr: Kada je napokon stigao do pulta, uzeo je što je mislio da je njegova porcija čokolade, ali čekala ga je velika zamka!
En: When he finally reached the counter, he picked up what he thought was his portion of chocolate, but a big surprise was waiting for him!

Hr: U žurbi, Luka je greškom zgrabio Anin sladoled s jalapeño okusom!
En: In his hurry, Luka mistakenly grabbed Ana's jalapeño flavored ice cream!

Hr: Bez razmišljanja, liznuo je sladoled punih usta i odmah osjetio kako mu se lice mijenja u grimasu iznenađenja i šoka.
En: Without thinking, he licked the ice cream with a full mouth and immediately felt his face changing into a grimace of surprise and shock.

Hr: Toplina se širila njegovim ustima brže nego sunce Dubrovnikom.
En: The heat spread in his mouth faster than the sun over Dubrovnik.

Hr: Ana, koja je vidjela cijeli događaj, nije mogla suzdržati smijeh.
En: Ana, who witnessed the whole event, couldn't contain her laughter.

Hr: Došla je do Luke s pravom kuglom čokoladnog sladoleda, pružajući mu ga s osmijehom.
En: She approached Luka with the right chocolate ice cream, offering it to him with a smile.

Hr: "Izgleda da smo se pomiješali.
En: "It looks like we mixed things up.

Hr: Ovo je tvoj sladoled," rekla je ljubazno.
En: This is your ice cream," she said kindly.

Hr: Luka, koji je još uvijek čupao zrak dok su suze kvasile njegove oči, uzvratio je smješkom i prihvatio pravi sladoled.
En: Luka, still catching his breath while tears moistened his eyes, returned the smile and accepted the correct ice cream.

Hr: "Hvala ti, Ana.
En: "Thank you, Ana.

Hr: Ovo je sigurno najzanimljiviji sladoled koji sam ikad probao," rekao je kroz šalu.
En: This is certainly the most interesting ice cream I've ever tasted," he said jokingly.

Hr: I tako su Luka i Ana, spajajući slatkog i ljutog, postali novi prijatelji.
En: And so, by combining sweet and spicy, Luka and Ana became new friends.

Hr: Sjedili su na zidinama grada gledajući kako more lupa o stupove, dijeleći priče i smijući se Luki koji je umjesto čokolade dobio pravi začinjeni izazov.
En: They sat on the city walls watching the sea crash against the pillars, sharing stories, and laughing at Luka, who got a spicy challenge instead of chocolate.

Hr: Taj dan u Dubrovniku, za Luku je postao ne samo avantura okusa, već i početak lijepog prijateljstva.
