If you’re starting to wonder whether giving up drinking might have a positive impact on your life, you’re not alone. A growing number of “sober curious” people are starting to take a closer look at the role alcohol plays in their life. Being Sober curious is not about being teetotal, but rather involves curiosity about the reasons behind your desire to drink and the way alcohol affects your life. To help us with our week we invited Ruari Fairbairns back to the show to talk all about the movement. You can find out more about him and his work here: https://www.oneyearnobeer.com This episode of Self Care Club was sponsored by Dash. https://dash-water.com.
