Most of us love working in radio so much we'd do it for free so should we really expect to receive payment if we're on the air, playing records and doing something we love? Would it shake up and revolutionise the radio industry world wide if all radio presenters became volunteers or were responsible for selling air time on their own shows?

We'd love to hear what you think, tell us your thoughts, should all radio presenters work for free?

Radio hosts should get paid to entertain by playing music and having talk shows. It's a hobby and a talent and it's good to get paid for what you love to do. If I could get paid to be a radio host, I wouldn't work hard in a factory building audio consoles for very little cash.
