Happy New Year! It's the first practice of 2023 and the ladies are back with a great show to kick off the year. Forget New Year resolutions; they set you up to fail. We vastly prefer setting intentions. Resolutions are dictatorial, whereas intentions go deeper. An intention is something that you want and plan to do. It’s more focused on the process you go through until you get to what is actually achieved. It’s the why beneath the why. Listen in to see why setting intentions might be the change that you need this new year.
