This week Lauren and Nicole give self compassion a whirl and let’s just say, it wasn't a smooth ride. Self compassion is simply the process of turning compassion inwards. So why is it so hard? Lauren brings a quiz to see who is the most compassionate and Nicole gets very competitive. To help with this enormous task, they enlisted Zoe Blaskey as the expert of the week. Zoe is the founder of Motherkind, a self empowerment platform for modern mums. Through Motherkind Zoe coaches mothers of all backgrounds on how to navigate the huge challenges of modern motherhood. Zoe is a mum of two and the host of The Motherkind Podcast.
