With all the headlines about the Senator the last few days we felt compelled to chat for a little while via phone while he was in an area with service. We discuss briefly about his condition and about the prgonosis as he awaits a trip to Germany to get some great care from the men and women at the hospital there who are better equipped. It was great to chat with my partner and to discuss a little about what is going on over in his area of the horn of Africa. We also discussed in details about where he is and what the waters look like there. He has also scouted out some local catches and explains to us about what fish are native to that area and what he would expect to catch if he had a chance to fish. They have been very busy over there and he also discusses briefly what his normal day entails as he is deployed and what he misses about the Lowcountry.
