@Anastasia exactly, most of us don't know how to deal with 'negative' emotions and thats why i felt there was need to demystify them. EMOTIONS ARE NEUTRAL MESSENGERS, our labyling them as positive or negative affects how we respond to them a great deal

@Dennis another thing you can do is to ask yourself why you feel 'bad' things shouldnt happen to you but they can happen to others. once you realize that you arent priviledged and that you don't deserve special treatment, you will realize that LIFE SIMPLY HAPPENS AND DOESN'T HAPPEN TO YOU. and it will be easier to accept losses, learn from them and move towards healing and growing

@mercy apart from music you can write your emotions down if you are uncomfortable sharing with people. it also helps. and thanks, glad to hear you liked the small poem. i love poetry too
