Mindfulness is used in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Dialectical Behavior therapy was created by Marsha Linehan. It's now a therapy that is used to treat patients that are diagnosed with Borderline Personality disorder and Bipolar Disorder. I've taken the DBT classes twice, kept all the materials, and refer back to them from time to time. The monk Thich Nhat Hanh is often quoted in DBT so I have a few of his books. So please don't throw out Mindfulness. Phsychiatry has shown it works.

Re: crystal eggs in vagina. I collect crystals and minerals as a hobby. If Goop really wanted females to get in touch with their female energy they should sell Crystal's carved into the shape of life sized penises. There is a market for them. Google crystal penises. I have a few myself. They are only one to three inches long. I got them because I thought it was hilarious. But there are lifesize ones out there. So all females out there, get in touch with your female side and insert a jade penis into your vagina! 🤣🤣

My son and daughter-in-law sleep with some kind of magnetic pad under the sheet near their feet. She claims it draws toxins out of their body during the night. 🙄
