Natalie shares her experience with mindful movement living in an Ashram practicing daily mindfulness, yoga, and meditation. Natalie was attracted to mindfulness as a practice of "Self-Mastery" to become the person she wants to be.
After being very rigorous in her Yoga practice she started practicing more "organic" movement and listening to her body. Using breath, meditation, martial arts, and spirituality she was able to calm her mind and improve the "life energy" within her.
