Thank you so much, I have a friend on the spectrum whom I love very much and he has told me that he loves me but doesn't want to be with me. I know why I don't want to be with him, but since accepting he's an Aspie and not narcissistic I've found my reasons becoming less valid and I'm having greater difficulty maintaining the 'friends' boundary.
