Prosecutors tasked with overseeing the prosecution of Richard Allen have asked the court to hit Richard Allen's lawyers with contempt of court charges due to their many, many indiscretions. The most egregious being the evidence leak that not only found it's way to the public sphere, but the victims families also saw the gruesome photos.
On the flip side of that, the lawyers in question have now pivoted away from calling for the supreme court to remove Judge Gull and instead are now asking her to recuse herself instead.
