Prayer: Study, Learn, Grow
Foundational Scripture: Proverbs 24:16 (NLT)Proverbs 24:16 reminds us that “The godly may trip seven times, but they will get up again.” Falling is not the end of the story; sometimes it is the classroom God uses to develop us. In my own journey, I had to confront a difficult truth: when different people, vendors, customers, and circumstances changed but the struggles continued, the one constant was me. That realization forced me to stop looking outward and start looking inward. Study the situation and ask, What am I missing? What don’t I know? Learn from the mistakes, allowing God to develop the gifts and abilities He has already placed within you. If we are willing to learn, God is willing to teach. And when we apply what He teaches us, we grow. Knowledge alone is not power; knowledge gives us access to power, but wisdom teaches us how to use it properly. Sometimes our greatest breakthrough begins when we stop blaming everyone else and have the courage to say, “Maybe I need to change.” The godly may fall, but through study, learning, wisdom, and God’s instruction, we get back up stronger, wiser, and better prepared for what He has called us to do.
