Rooted in Psalm 32:8–11, this devotional invites you to discover the gentle, loving guidance of God. The Lord promises, “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.” He does not want to drive us like a horse or a mule with bit and bridle, forcing us into obedience. Instead, He calls us to willingly draw near, to listen, and to learn.
In “Prayer, C. Michael and Guidance,” you are encouraged to seek God through prayer, especially when life feels confusing or painful. What you are going through is not a sign that God is angry with you; it is an opportunity for Him to guide you, teach you, and give you understanding. As you receive His instruction, your faith grows stronger, your testimony becomes unshakable, and your life becomes a living witness to unbelievers around you.
This devotional is a call to open your heart to the Father’s teaching, to refuse hardness or resistance, and to trust that His guidance flows from His deep love for you. He will instruct you. He will teach you. He will guide you with His eye—if you are willing to be led.
