This week's episode is all about the positive things that can happen when working in the service industry. They aren't all gross! Have you ever had a total stranger leave a very undeserved tip? This week we have two positive stories. In our first story Eric Boles, aka Moose, tells about his acting career, working in The Groundlings with Phil Hartman and Paul Reubens and what it brought to his work as a pitch man, AND Mallory tells a beautiful story about the mystery couple who left a 100% tip when she needed it most and how that boosted her day and changed the way she viewed her customers.
