Unfortunately, in today's fast-paced world, chronic stress has become commonplace, and many of us have adapted to its presence, learning to navigate life with this added burden.

While some stressors are beyond our control, what we can control is our response and reaction to these situations.This episode delves into precisely this aspect, offering insights into how to effectively manage stress and maintain focus on our fitness objectives.
