In today's podtalk with Alyssa, we discuss one of the most common issues that we see with our clients and with many women that we talk to on a daily basis, and that is having an all-or-nothing mindset. You either do it 100%, or you don't, and as soon as you feel that things are not perfect, you feel that you have wasted time and have gone back to square one.

This perfectionist mindset is something that is truly holding you back from reaching your fitness goals, which is why we wanted to address this. Perfectionism doesn't exist; it's an identity you may think that you have, but it's not real, and that's exactly what we discuss in this episode.
