How do you pass 1%ers and outlaws on the highway, while respecting MC Protocol? Most of the time 1%er MCs riding in the pack are moving so fast, and in such tight order, that you may never even be presented with an opportunity to pass them. And in general passing 1%ers while riding in your MC's pack is just not a good idea. But there are some instances where you may be in a situation where you have to pass a 1%er MC. IF so you will find that MC protocol does offer a solution that can get you safely past without violating, or being disrespectful. Black Dragon explores this very touchy subject.
