The holiday season can be a challenging time when it comes to food. It can be overwhelming with all the special treats and the pressure from others to eat more. But how can you enjoy your time with family, friends, and colleagues without feeling guilty, deprived, or overindulging? In today's episode, Dr. T will introduce you to mindful eating practices. These practices involve slowing down, savoring each bite, and paying attention to your body's hunger and fullness signals. Taking one bite at a time and being fully present can reduce stress, improve digestion, and help you make food choices that make your body happy.
